CONTRACTING PARTIES
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any contract based on the supply of apiculture products featured on this website will be subject to these terms and conditions. All orders placed by Clients are subject to these conditions. In the absence of a separate sales contract between the parties, the written order placed by the Client along with these terms may serve as a contract.
OTHER CLAUSES
Using this website implies the Client’s acceptance of the use of personal data entered in the customer registration form, as well as the data collected during the commercial transactions conducted through this website. For more details, please refer to the “Privacy” section.
Changes to orders or refusal to accept already ordered, delivered, or dispatched products will not be accepted.
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason and without incurring any costs other than the initial delivery fees.
According to GEO No. 34/2014, the return period of a product or cancellation of a service expires 14 days from the day the Buyer takes physical possession of the goods.
The refund for the returned products will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the receipt and inspection of the returned items to ensure they are in their original condition. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the Client’s account.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when received, sealed. Returns are not accepted if the products have been used, unsealed, or tested, due to health and hygiene reasons.
Returns must be made in the original packaging, with the original labels intact, and accompanied by all the documents delivered with the product.
For damaged products, the Client must notify the Supplier in writing within 48 hours of receiving the products, indicating the intention to return them and the reasons for doing so.
Products returned without prior written notice to the Supplier will not be accepted and must be fully paid for by the Client.
In the case of returns, the Consumer will bear only the direct costs related to the delivery of the products, while the Supplier will bear the costs of returning the items.
DAMAGES DUE TO TRANSPORTATION
Loss or damage to the products during transportation must be reported to the Supplier within one day of delivery, indicating partial or total non-receipt of the products. In the absence of such notification, the products will be deemed delivered and received in good condition.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Supplier is not liable to the Client for non-delivery or delayed delivery of products in circumstances beyond the Supplier’s control, such as, but not limited to, crises, strikes, disturbances or disasters, fires, thefts, wars, and embargoes.
DISPUTES
Commercial relations based on the supply of products featured on this website will be governed by Romanian law, and any disputes arising will be resolved by competent courts in Romania.
